Art Weston caught this 54.33-inch (138 centimeter) muskie on Lake Mille Lacs in Minnesota on October 29, 2024. The fish is a potential world record and is currently pending review by the International Game Fish Association (IGFA). Absolute monster!
Going by this photo, this muskie must have been caught at night. A period of time when there's not a lot of boat traffic on the lake and there's a lot less fishing pressure, some musky whisperers say this is one of the best times to get you a world record muskie or a possible a new personal record, master angler award.
